I completed a level 2 apprenticeship with them with my previous employer. Course itself wasn’t great , however the teacher was excellent which made up for it. However it’s been nearly 18 months since I finished the course. No sign of my certificates. I’ve been through 4 different people now, nobody seems to know what’s going on. Very disappointing, considering making an official complaint to a regulatory body.
Kevin was amazing at explaining where we needed to improve and also sawing us little hints and tricks on the forklift from really life experience over the years. Thank you, Kevin
Received an email from InComm regarding a free social media and web design course which sounded really interesting. Over the course of 2 weeks I called 2-3 times. Each time, the only option was to leave a voice Mail which I did but I never received a call back and have now missed the start date for the course. Very disappointed.
I wouldn't even leave 1 star if I could- I have been left with my qualification not given for a year-im sure staff work their hardest! But the practice promises resolutions consistently which at this point must be lies-complaints yield no help etc.nnSee other reviews for similarities-I hope they enjoy solicitors because there is a legal minefield here.
I am writing a short review sharing my experiences at In-Comm Training Centre, Generally speaking the staff were friendly and informative, this lasted all of about 6 months as after this point staff turn over was at such a high level that substitute teaches where in place for the remaining two years I spent at this facility, not to mention that due to high turn over and poor communication our original teacher lost all of our classes exams resulting in a standardised grade for all. I have tried raising these issues in-house to no avail so I am writing this review as a warning to other as In-comm currently hold the highest Offset report which in my experience they do not deserve. One more point to add, upon finishing my 2 year course I was suppose to be issued my certificates in November which as you can guess never happened, after continued commination and chasing I later received my certificates in July, 9 months behind schedule.
