The friendliest, most helpful store! The owner truly just wants to help your project be successful and he offers really great advice. I keep coming back as each time I always get exactly what I want/need and advice of how to best approach what I’m doing. They also have much more stock than the local B&Q.
If I lived slightly closer, I would be in here daily I'm not joking. Love this place. Very well stocked, has some good quality lumber in the back, *extremely* helpful staff that really go out of their way to make sure you are getting the right materials and considered the right things for your DIY project. Prices are fair. They even remember what projects I'm working on and ask for progress . Thanks Impromill!

Exceptional customer service. The guy in the shop is extremely knowledgable and wants to help you get the right product for the job even if it means a cheaper product than I had in my hand. They have a great range of products and would highly recommend.
My young son and I had a very happy experience here. He was shopping for timber for his first woodworking project. The man who helped us was full of useful information, suggestions and enthusiasm.
I had to fix a toilet overflow system. I was going to change the whole system which would have meant calling a plumber/professional. A gentleman called Ant saved me time, and money by selling me a washer which I changed myself. Excellent general knowledge, this shop is now my first stop for DIY products. Thanks

Amazingly good DIY store. Service is consistently helpful, friendly, and polite. They actually make you feel welcome as a customer. Huge, varied stock at good prices, and the guys are always happy to help you find just the right product. Unlike some staff at retail chains, they don't parrot the product descriptions at you; they know what they're talking about and are up-to-date on everything. Also good for tips if you're not a "handyperson" I'm not. 100% recommended. All shops should be like this. Well done Impromill!
