AVOID!!!!!!!! Absolute Joke of a company, they don’t even deserve one star!!!! Damaged my vehicle now refusing to do anything about it. Staff even lied in their report to head office.

A good job of washing my car. However, the first question I was asked when presenting my debit card for payment was "Do you have cash?" (despite the fact he was holding the card machine in his hand at the time). He then refused to let me see the amount on the screen before I used my card. When the receipt printed he pointed to "no cvm used" on the receipt and said the payment was "no good". In a panic (assuming my bank account had been hacked) I went to pay with another card but couldn't remember the pin so I asked to try first card again. The same message appeared on receipt. By this time I'd examined the first receipt and seen the Authorisation Code on the bottom. When I raised the issue (and my voice) about being charged twice his English suddenly become very broken and he went into the office for a few minutes before returning to me with the cash. I am not the first person to have used a contactless card payment here so I'm inclined to believe this was an attempt to rip me off. Needless to say, I won't be using them again.

Great service by happy people that seem to want to genuinely help. Very cost effective, very efficient. Was closed up for an hour once when they needed to repair the machines but other than that couldn't fault the service or the easy accessibility of the location.

Forget trying to pay with coins.....they don't want them refused my money I guess they can't count
