Always polite service good car wash and the attendance before it actually goes through is very good. The only problem I have is that they don't do the wheels as good when busy. When they are busy they rush too much and a lot of dirt stays on as they are too rushed. Other than that excellent.

That only few pictures but there was a lot of scratches all around my car just after one wash in IMO car wash in Aldershot. I made official complaint and done report with member of staff after this incident but IMO refused to deal with that matter. What they said? is as follows; "This company washes in excess of 10 million vehicles each year, the equipment we use in our car washes is specifically manufactured for our use and similar equipment is used in almost 800+ Car Washes, which we operate throughout Europe. The brush fibres within the wash make contact with the bodywork and have travelled the entire length of the vehicle at 115 revs per minute. These brushes are counter weighted and travel along the vehicle at equal pressure, they are therefore incapable of causing damage to your vehicle as the brush fibres are soft. Neither party can confirm or deny whether your vehicle has pre-existing scratches before entering our wash hall. We are sorry, given the above information; we are unable to accept Liability for the damage on your vehicle." Shame I didn't take details from other customer who I guess complained as well just before I raised my concerns about scratches all over my car. Looks like the fibers where not clean or changed for very long time and been dark grey from dirt of 10 million of washes completed. I will never ever again use this car wash and will NOT recommend to anyone.

This has to be the best car wash for miles. Very good value for money.

Now anti-scratch and it really is good. I paid for the £10 Proshield and it really was worth it. My Audi Q5 looks amazing - as good as any hand-wash I've ever done. Highly recommended.
