I've been using this place for a while and my car would come out clean. The last 2 washes and there has been dirt patches left after. The timing of the machine also seems quicker than previously. Its like they have changed the setting to go quicker to allow for demand. Not sure if I will go back giving that I spend 12quid each time. As I am not getting the same results as when I first starting using them.  Cant fault the staff that work there as they are all lovely the machine is not doing its job right.

Chosen ultra HD, alloys not washed properly. Car is waxed and shiny but I had higher hopes about under chassis cleaning to wash off the salt but it barely made it wet.  I would give it another go it went very fast if you in rush.

Nice one.. plain and simple - download their app - book a car wash i tried basic car wash for £3- all done in 10 min, prepay for your wash in app, go to their location, they will scan payment barcode  u will find it on your IMO app wallet section after payment is done.. and  thats it— sit back and enjoy   ALDI employees get massive discounts on all car wash .. do check if you get these perks

This was how bad my Wife's car was! I literally had the roof and windows down in 4c temp, to make it safe to see out of. Look at the results. It speaks for itself. As always. Amazing!

Was my first time trying IMO car wash and was left disappointed. Paid £10 for ultra HD wash but verry unsatisfactory standard of cleaning as the car wasnt cleaned properly, lots of dirt patches still left on the car not worth £10 I would recommend anyone reading this to just pay the extra £2 and go to a hand car wash in attleborough near enterprise both inside and out for £12 and they do 200% more detailed and better job then IMO

I came to hover my car, attendant told me to use the spare one on the side and charged me £2 then 30 seconds after starting a Mi taxi pulled up and was told to give the hooves to him and wait!!! He didn’t even pay!!!!

Good car wash but the website says it should be open until 6:30 but it’s the 4th time in the past month iv been and it’s been closed about 5:40pm and all the shutters are down!

Good wash, there was some dirt left  by window seals and in crevices but my car was really dirty and I wouldn't expect any automated wash to do a sparkly clean anyway. The whole experience was pleasant, car well washed, attendant nice and guided me through the process as it was my first time in automated wash ever. Will be back again for sure
