Really rude staff and they seem lazy. Sat in queue but then told couldn't pay by card unless I got top wash. Go to a hand car wash they do a better job cheaper.

Have never had any problems with this carwash. Car comes out clean. A cheaper car wash if you purchace a book of coupons from their web site.

Wish I'd checked the car after going through the carwash - might of noticed wing mirror cover loose. Will cost £40+ to replace. Hand wash only after this experience.

Knocked the back of my wing mirror off! I didn't notice until the next morning as it was dark. Rang them, and no parts there apparently. Rang round for a new mirror/part £150 plus labour (it's a motorised one). Most expensive car wash I've ever had. Absolutely disgraceful. Won't be going back.
