I have felt threaten by a very aggressive, rude staff today, who was in fact unable to do his job properly in recognising the car wash machine disfunction and admitted that he’s failed directing me to put the big wheel of my big Audi Q7 in correct position without putting to much pressure for the steering wheel to adjust (several times). Apparently the safety precautions was triggered where the parking indicator in my car would be on automatically if things gone wrong as the car wash belt was actually jammed and my car not moving (not the first time with this same staff, albeit I had never have any problem like this with other staffs before for many years). Instead of fixing the machine, this rude staff blamed me as the one who couldn’t drive and caused faulty on the car wash machine, he then shouted and forced me to get out the lane by driving through stupidly narrow space and angle for even small car!! I let him to drive my car as he wanted to prove that he could do it without direction, in fact, the belt still didn’t move as well and he have to restart the car wash machine and ask me to drive it again!! I have my 10 years old son next to me witnessing how this man shouted at me and I responded to him emotionally as he could damage my wheel with his stupidity and arrogance. To be honest, I hate to come again the the car wash if I have to see this man again. And thinking to report it to management or police, but I don’t know the name of the staff as he was quite new but FYI, this incident happened in IMO car wash Spalding Lincolnshire, Tuesday, 23 January 2018 between 3.45 PM to 3.55 PM. The first time happened to me after going there for regular basis with big car for the last 10 years!!
