Unprofessional and bad service provided on first meeting so went else where. Seemed too focused on y Okinawa paying them fees than giving straight advice about the solution.

He followed up with a detailed letter explaining all of my options. He was courteous and understanding which, as a person feeling completely lost in a new country, made me feel looked after.
