These chaps helped me out getting a mortgage twice, and given I'm an entrepreneur without necessarily the income history to warrant a traditional mortgage of the size we wanted, they did a great job in helping assemble the info we needed and talk to the lenders directly to comfort them about that. First class work. Andrew thanks for that... UPDATE A YEAR LATER.... WE JUST REMORTGAGED AGAIN, SAME DIFFICULTIES DUE TO ENTREPRENEURIAL SITUATION... ANYWAY THIS TIME GARY WILSHER HELPED US. HERE IS THE EMAIL I JUST SENT HIM... Hi Gary Just a quick email to say a heartfelt thank you for your help getting our mortgage through against what at times felt like all odds. What a battle... So many twists and turns. You never batted an eyelid, or dropped back. Just steadily picked through every step of the way until we found a way. Brilliant. Great service, very professional and friendly from start to finish. I have been using their services for the past 5 years and they have always provided the best deals and mortgage solutions. I would definitely recommend to others.

Came to meet IMC when looking to move to the area. Ended up moving to the other side of London, but stayed using Jacqui Elliot all the same. Jacqui is knowledgeable, professional, understanding, patient, and very nice! Late opening hours really help if we do need to meet face-to-face but most of the time, her very speedy straight-forward emails do the job. I wish the rest of the mortgage system was a easy and nice to deal with as IMC and Jacqui.

If you want a mortgage broker who actually understands the full range of mortgages and options on offer then use IMC. I found other brokers could offer similar rates but would frequently not understand the potential options and therefore not offer the best type of mortgage or worse not find it. On top of that the one to one service is great and very helpful.

I have been a client of Andrew Jackson at IMC for some 15 years and though not the kind of customer with wealth that would generate some value in fees for him, he has always treated me with great care, kindness and skilled advice to save me money. More recently, he invested a significant amount of time in me at no benefit to himself or his company and I really appreciated his efforts he made to guide me through choppy waters. I have nothing but praise for his approach and have really appreciated his work for me.
