Really happy with Jamie and Jason in the Watford town centre sales office. Jamie dealt with my vacant house valuation and always gave honest advice and was very knowledgeable of the area and the market and had clearly dealt with many houses in my road and surrounding properties. Jason always gave honest feedback and so did everyone else who took someone to view. They were not pushy and during the sale negotiations Jamie and Jason were able to make suggestions and made me feel that they were looking out for my best interests and were looking to achieve the best price possible. Thank you and I would strongly recommend my friends and family you use Imagine estate agents. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Troy and Elliot in the sales chasing team. They set up a WhatsApp group and were always quick to reply to any of my questions. I would recommend using Imagine and the fact that they have an easily approachable dedicated sales team made the whole experience less stressful and I felt that they always looked after my best interests and were able to advise me and update me throughout the transaction. Thank you for all of your help. Really appreciated.
The whole process of viewing to completion and getting the keys to my property ran smoothly with the support of the staff at Imagine. Dan was flexible and friendly with whilst supporting me with viewings and making an offer. Troy kept me updated throughout the whole process and answered my queries immediately. When there were issues phone calls were made to give me a clear update and provide reassurance for any concerns I had. Once the process was finished both Troy and Dan checked in and congratulated me personally. As a first time buyer I felt supported throughout and I would definitely recommend Imagine to anyone looking for a new home.
My partner and I contacted Imagine 5 years ago when we decided to rent a property together and from start to finish the service they offered was impeccable. From the first viewing, to sorting of the tenancy agreement, to assisting with any issues or queries, to arranging safety checks and inspections, to helping us arrange everything at the end of the tenancy, they made everything easy, seamless and it was the perfect experience dealing with an Estate Agents for the first time. Even the contractors they use have great communication, and are punctual and thorough. Special mentions to Oliver, Laura, Jemma, both Kelly’s and Sophie. Thank you to everyone at Imagine though, they offer a service that all Estate Agents should be looking to replicate.

Sophie at Imagine has been a massive help, going beyond what I expected from my previous experience with other estate agents. Having spoken to her and providing my exact requirements, and viewing a couple of properties with Imagine I managed to find my new home in a week! Just got my key for my new apartment, after 13 months of wrestling in the process! I cannot do this without the fantastic team at Imagine Watford, David, Elliot and Troy at sales progress particularly are helping out on my case big time. We went through a lot of hurdles in the process. Elliot and Troy have been always super professional and responsive to any queries and jumped in to rescue whenever I need, with a cheerful and empathetic spirit which is a massive key when I was feeling like giving up in this lengthy process.
