Ordered two weeks ago and money taken. I've ordered with them before with no problems but this time nothing has shown up. I've emailed and tried to call but no response. I'm contacting my bank to get the money back.
I placed an order for 2 packets of flash paper and 2 flash powder and when it arrived the flash paper was missing. I checked the receipt and was charged for both so I tried to get in touch multiple times through both the site, email and phone call and have been ignored completely. Its now been 3 months.
Ordered products, didn't arrive and no response to several emails. Have submitted refund request through my credit card company. Very disappointed - avoid at all costs.
Placed an order and paid. Partially shipped but included a note to say they had supply problems and the rest would be sent ASAP. Emailed them a week later asking when I could expect my order because it was required for a show the following weekend. No response several days later. Emailed again. Still no response and no product. No refund either. I’ve ordered elsewhere and received, but STILL nothing, not even a response from Illusioncraft. That’s the last time you get an order from me! WHERE’S MY REFUND? Reported to Trading Standards!
If I could I would give zero stars. I ordered a product on-line more than a week ago. I received the automatic e-mail of payment confirmation. I tried contacting them over the phone, the on-line chat, the contact us form, direct e-mail and had no reply. Not only that I didn't receive the product I paid for in time, I haven't received it at all. I've been trying to get through to them to ask for a refund, but no one got back to me. It's like their business is either a scam or they just stopped working. But even so, it is really easy to send an automatic alert and let people know of the situation. I will keep trying to get through to them somehow as I want my refund, even if this means messaging and reviewing them everyday. Don't waste your time like I did. You will thank yourself later for not putting yourself through this stress and energy consuming.
I ordered something after the business closed on Wednesday evening, but paid extra for first class delivery as I needed it asap and the listing said it usually ships within 24 hours. If it was dispatched on either Thursday or Friday then it should have been here today but it's sadly not arrived. Will update the review after it arrives and I don't want to be unfair as no guarantees were offered on delivery time, but I thought it would be helpful to let others know not to necessarily expect speedy delivery.
Awful company. Never received item. They didn't respond to my many emails and I had to apply for a refund through Paypal which I got. See the many other reviews on Facebook and here saying the same from customers that they have cheated. If the below comment was true about their family issues, why would they not tweet about it or put it on their Facebook page/website?
After many personal emails and contact from PayPal months on after no delivery or contact back. I was refunded my money by PayPal. Illusioncraft to this day didn't deliver, or even make contact to say sorry . Poor service. Would not touch with a 40 foot pole.
Purchased various item's from Illusioncraft on Sunday and they arrived safely on the Tuesday. Free postage plus a 10% discount code for signing up to the newsletter. Very happy.
Ordered goods, paid for first class and not heard a thing. Will not respond to any calls, emails etc. Disgrace will be raising dispute with PayPal.
