Machine only takes cash and does not give change. Or you have to pay with an app, which did not recognise our VRN. Not very welcoming to visitors or user friendly.
Great location but new parking charges are ridiculous and will only impact local businesses with people choosing not to pay £1.50 per hour after 6 pm when it was previously £1 flat rate until midnight.
It's a car park so it's not particular exciting. I wish they'd gone with contactless payments on the meters instead of the silly app. The toilets there could do with updating, I'm sure they've been like that for about 30 years.
On the face of it, a good location for accessing the town centre and reasonable pricing. £1 per hour 2023. However, the systems to manoeuvre around the site are poor, with cars locked in/jams occuring. Signage would be a huge help here, or a clearer one way system.
Expensive. Didn't park. Found a spot on street after 6pm to go to theatre and it was free
