Best gym in the area.  The kit is quality and the ower has put alot of money into the equipment. Owned by IFBB pro Jamie the giant this gym has everything you need to reach your goals.  All the drinks and proteins are very fair priced also.  Plenty of advice from the all the staff.

Awesome gym with excellent weights section and separate fitness rooms, friendly helpful staff, price is Brilliant if you pay monthly and go as much as you like!

Old school Hardcore gym  . Best gym I've been in since Pentagon back in the day . Every peice of kit going and like minded and training focused people fantastic place !!!
