I have utilised the services of Ilett & Clark personally and professionally for 6 years and on every occasion have received an excellent standard of service. The advice provided is always clear and well constructed, their efficiency levels are superior to any other Solicitor I have worked with and they have always put the best interests of me and my clients first.

Ilett and Clark sorted the conveyancing for the purchase of my first property. I was very impressed with the service. I was kept up to date at all stages and everything was explained clearly and fully. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to friends and family.

Wow, what a disgrace this company are. My partner is 29 weeks pregnant and I have recently become a millionaire. We agreed to buy a property cash, and were led to believe that we were signing and completing on Monday with funds already transferred. Sadly as we were sat waiting to sign, we were told that the company refuse to complete as they have some concerns that are unrelated to me. This morning about 5 mins ago they called me saying that they are ceasing to act, leaving us incapable of buying a property. Utter disgrace.

Rubbish service. We went in to discuss with Tracy and all fine. Told forms would be posted. 3 weeks later.. no forms. So I rang in. Tracy had no idea why no forms had been sent. Said she would 'investigate' and ring me asap. 2 weeks later...  no call. Have taken my business elsewhere

Disgusted with service, or lack of. Expected letter to have been sent two weeks ago but has not been. Was requested cost of maintenance work when only requesting access to neighbouring propriety  why ? Obviously my problem would not generate a large enough bill. DISGUSTED WITH THIS OLD WORKSOP FIRM - not even worth 1 star.
