Lovely little Italian place with a very pleasant interior. You can watch the chef make and bake your pizza in front if you. The staff were attentive and the food was delicious. I will be going back again.
Seemingly family run Italian establishment. Nice decor and decent amount of space with a few tables outside. The service is friendly and the food looks great, but pizzas tend to be sloppy and wet, without much taste. The base is thin but not crisp apart from the edges. Too much liquid in the pizza and the tomato base lacks any seasoning. Too much nondescript cheese on top. On the other hand the service is warm and friendly. They went out of their way when I asked for garlic oil by making some in the kitchen as they didn't have any for customers. However, they weren't firm enough with a customer who brought a dog along to the restaurant. She walked the dog around tables and let it roam around on a lead. At one point the dog was sitting on the table! I don't know any good Italian places nearby, but if you're looking for decent Italian food look elsewhere.
The restaurant is located along the Putney high street, which is now a quiet area. It's a short walk away from the Putney train station, and nearby is the beautiful Putney Bridge. The staff were incredibly friendly, with lots of smiles. We were seated near to the open window and not far from the families that were eating. Inside are some beautiful display cabinets with bottles of wine, alcohol, and sports t-shirts. The food was affordable and competitive with London prices, which is a bargain considering how good the food is. I enjoyed the Penne Arrabiata alongside a cold can of coke. The portion size was great, and I started eating before I took my photo. Ooops! The ingredients tasted fresh, which for me is the most important part of Italian food. We were offered grated parmigiano cheese, but I am vegan and did not try this. The dessert menu includes lots of delicious sounding options, but we chose not to have one on this occasion. Instead, we paid for our bill and headed out for a walk around the local area. Overall it's a great restaurant serving up some of the best Italian food in Putney. Considering how easy it was to get there from Northwest London - I'll be sure to check it out again.

From the first bite the conversation lulled....in our friendship circle that never happens!! The food took centre stage. Delicious. N
Delicious food. Had the stewed lamb with pasta and a rosemary/tomato sauce. My dad had the lamb cutlets which he said were gorgeous. All the staff were super friendly. Super efficient. Downgraded 5 to 4 stars just on the basis of tip should be at your own discretion...I don't like it added as table service. Will be sure to return. great restaurant! Left very happy
Absolutely superb! I am Italian and it felt as If I was back home. The condiments, the way the food is prepared, the mediterranean variety is truly Italian style and excellently prepared. My daughter came a month ago and recommended it to me. She was right. This is top!
Not too sure what happened here. This was my favourite restaurant for years but don't think I will be coming back anytime soon. Went there with husband last week. Menu has changed and it is very limited. Most our favourite dishes are gone. My pasta with prawns had literally 5 prawns... my husband had calzone which was burnt... restaurant was empty so I suppose the word goes around fast. Service was great but the rest was awful. What a shame
Delicious . Deeply recommended if you want test an original Italian tradition.
