I love this shop! It has everything you need for your home! Very good, affordable prices! Convenient transport interchange by bus. A cafe where you can not expensive coffee and food. There are a lot of necessary shops in the area. Recommend!
This is really well located next to. A handful of other useful shops. We went on a Saturday morning and ate in the small cafe afterwards. They had ample seating outside and there was lots to do for kids - and a DJ outside the store. It was great to see a more local feeling shopping centre so busy with people of all ages.
Very unpolite and slow personnel and practically inexistent. In returns long queue with no one there, and doing nothing to improve situation which, given the high prices for cheap stuff should be outstanding. Avoid completely !! IKEA become very expensive reseller of cheap stuff, can find better elsewhere and have not to deal with scarce, incompetent personnel. It is clearly a scam, IKEA advertising 365 return policy and simply discouraging people to return items, AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME !!
I witnessed the lady at the till Zsusanna who’s located at the food hall being racist to Asian tourists. The young boy simply asked if they took cash and she replied aggressively saying “English?” when my sister and I clearly understood what the boy was saying. She later made comments to her colleague making fun of the way the boy pronounced cash. She was grumpy and didn’t look like she enjoyed her job either.
The five stars is ONLY for the extremely lovely staff here. This used to be a brilliant branch of IKEA - it had a nice layout, good stock levels, and was much easier to navigate than the larger out-of-town stores. But it’s had a makeover and is now absolutely dire as a shop. Impossible to find things, complicated to navigate around the unintuitive and now cramped layout. The store itself gets only one star from me. Apart from anything else, it’s now too stressful to dawdle and browse, which limits the opportunity for the sort of impulse buys I used to get at this branch kids things, kitchen items, and so on. If I go back, it will have to be with a list and a plan, as I’ll just want to get out of there ASAP.nnI visited recently for the first time since the store changed, and the staff who assisted me were great - so friendly and kind, and they tried really hard to help me get everything I’d gone to get. Even the security guard at the door was lovely, as well as helpful. So it ended up being a great customer service experience for me - definitely five stars for all the staff! - despite being objectively a pretty poor shopping experience.nnI hope the powers that be at IKEA HQ reverse some of the decisions about the shop floor layout; and I really hope they appreciate their lovely staff here.
