A lovely and cosy IKEA — a bit smaller than the big ones, so the range feels a bit limited, but it makes the whole place feel much more welcoming. The classic 95p hot dogs are still absolutely great! Only downside is the long queues, but overall a really nice visit
This is the first small format Ikea that I have been to, and I was very pleasantly surprised. As with the large format Ikea shops, this small version is also hard to navigate even the floor map inside the shop is confusing!.nnDespite the smaller size, there is a good range of products, and they have utilised the space really well, to cram a lot of products inside. Though it's smaller than a standard sized Ikea, the shop is by no means small; there are 2 large floors selling an enormous variety of products. There is a nice cafe inside, which offers seating. There is also second cafe which offers takeaway food, such as drinks, hot dogs etc.nnOther facilities at this branch are click and collect lockers, where you can collect items which you bought online from Ikea. Also, there are lots of help screens throughout the shop, which you can use to search for products and find more information about them.nnI found this to be a great place to shop. It was clean, tidy, well stocked and as a first for Ikea, there were plenty of staff available to help! I needed support from a staff member, and was impressed by how friendly, helpful and knowledgeable he was.nnCompared to the larger branches of Ikea, I actually preferred shopping here, as it felt far less chaotic and was easier to find what I was looking for. Payment was also quick and easy, as there were plenty of self-service tills. It's a great place to shop and I will definitely return!
happened to be in the vicinity and wished to sample the hot food menu; however, it appeared to be quite crowded. I will need to visit on a day when I am less occupied, allowing me to select a few items and enjoy them afterwards.
I really like shopping here, the store provides wide range of products to fill our house, and also we can buy food, drinks, snacks, ice cream our favourite, etc.nThe products are displayed perfectly, the showroom are also great.nnHaving a meal at the cafe is also nice, with good food, good drinks, and good price.nnSockets for charging are available at the cafe.nToilets for customers are available.
Before buying my mattress, I was explicitly told via chat that I could exchange or return it freely within one year if it didn’t suit me. I trusted this information.nNow I’m being told that returns are not possible after one exchange, something that was never mentioned at any point. As a result, I’m left with an almost new mattress simply because I followed the guidance IKEA gave me.nI sincerely hope IKEA will review my case and offer a fair solution, as customers should not be misled about such an important policy.
