We have been booked for a certain hour slot, we have arrived there in time, parked the car in the designated collection spots, picked up the goods without any hustle. It was fast, well organised, job done! Nothing to complain about.
Great service!! Ordered online and once I arrived my order was ready to collect and no waiting time at all.
Booked to pick up prior to store opening en route to somewhere else. Arrived at the correct time, lady was extremely rude and said come back in 15 minutes because it hasn't been picked yet. In the freezing cold, in the middle of no where... Very disappointed, will not use again
I wad in and out in 4 mins. GREAT SERVICE
I confess to being amused enough by Google's suggestion I review Ikea's car park as a separate venue that I could not resist the temptation, despite having very little lasting impression left on me by my visits.nnThe car park is functional if very often crowded due to the high footfall at the store. Spaces are neither large nor small, the layout neither beautifully simple nor head-scratchingly maze like. There are fortunately, given the size of the trolleys regularly spaced trolley 'docks' and there is plentiful accommodation for disabled and parent/child parking.nnThere is quite a lot of tarmac here, and though I am not expert enough to judge its quality I'm not really sure what more a car park should provide.
