We really enjoyed this experiece today, our instructor, Daniel is extremely professional and talented, he made us feel safe and enjoy the flight. I didn’t book the high-flight in advance but we had the opportunity to do it for £15, amazing. We had the photo&video package as well, incredibly fast service, 5 minutes after the flight I had all videos and photos in my email. Friendly and helpful staff , definitely recommended to try it.
Absolutely fantastic!! Our whole family loved the experience. It was so much more fun than we expected. We arrived 45 mins earlier than our booking time as instructed. The staff are courteous professionals and our group felt safe. We purchased the optional high fly add on for an additional £20 per person and it did not disappoint. The photo packages are dear so be prepared to spend an extra £100 for a group of four if you add the high fly and photo packages on the day. They may be cheaper to purchase in advance. Overall we enjoyed ourselves so much we booked 10 more future flights before we left!
A bit disappointed to be honest. Bought an I fly experience for the two grandsons. They both received two 1 minute flights with an instructor holding them safe which we fully expected. No problem, the issue I have is, it's not until the boys were all suited and booted that we were told should they wish to go up in the air with the instructor it would be an extra £15 for each grandson. We were under the impression this was included in the experience session. But naughty really as this is not made clear on booking that there is an extra charge for this elevated flight, and it's not a small fee. So, overall a little disappointed. The boys enjoyed themselves though that's the main thing.
This was an absolute blast! As others have commented, Daniel is extremely patient, reassuring and positive - I felt safe and comfortable being in his group. But all of the staff there were very helpful and friendly. Each session only lasts a minute - that doesn't sound a lot, but it is about right. It is very noisy and a bit scary - after a minute I was glad to get out, but also excited to have another go when my turn came around. I would recommend 4 flights, which can be bought as a package, along with photos and video, which were hilarious! By the end of my fourth go I was starting to relax well... and was just beginning to get the hang of it. Brilliant fun! 2 thumbs up! Oh Christ I'm going into the netting, back, back, there's a wall. Up a bit, not too much, concentrate Roger - concentrate. Ok OK. Never, putting my thumbs up again...
Absolutely incredible experience. This has been on my list to do before I was 40 and yesterday it happened. Amazing friendly staff, our lovely instructor Daniel made us feel welcome, safe and relaxed. Booked another package to come back
A fantastic experience! Friendly and helpful staff. The kids were made to feel confident and comfortable. The only downside is the cost and unashamed upselling that's very hard to say no to. But it's personal choice what you agree to or don't, we got our tickets on a deal so didn't mind upgrading on the day.
A great experience. Danny is a fantastic instructor. My only suggestion would be to have a wee snack bar, this would be nice for the spectators.
Great experience! I was super nervous and scared, but it was so worth it. Would definitely do again. Easy to get to, great car park. Plenty of toilets there. Bring a drink with you and tie your hair up, even better a low bun, so it’s out of the way for the helmet. If you want videos and pictures of the experience make sure to buy when booking online, as it’s cheaper than buying after the experience. 10/10 definitely recommend! So much fun!
I've been and knew my daughter would love it. She had a fabulous time and is excited to return. The staff are amazing. If you are having doubts about trying this amazing experience, then don't the staff know exactly what they are doing and they're more than capable of ensuring anyone and everyone has a great time. Whilst on the experience there was a disabled member in a wheelchair who thanks to the staff was able to enjoy an experience he'll never forget. It's was a beautiful thing to witness and Well done to the staff members who made this possible for him. Be proud of yourself
I'm disabled but the instructor, Conal, was really helpful to ensure I had a fantastic time. It was brilliant fun! If you're unsure, let me reassure you that it's definitely manageable and the slight pain I felt afterwards was worth it for the excellent experience.
