Gave me my injection and literally 10 seconds afterwards started drilling without even asking if it had gone numb. Yes it did hurt, worst experience ever and at 61 have had a few dentists over the years to compare.Tooth didn't hurt before, it does now.

They have some of the worst underhand and unclear policy's for taking your money. Awful at explaining what they are doing and what cost bands (or private treatment) they have prescribed for you. Charged me immediately for all my treatments despite the most costly part not being schedule for 3 weeks into the future. V awkward to get them to refund and issue the correct invoice. Turned up for third appointment to find I had been booked for Private full Hygienist appointment and not the NHS hygienist, believe me when I tell you there is a big difference in cost. I am now looking for a new dentist. 'Dick Turpin, circa 1705 AD' has had the last of my hard earned money.
