I purchased 2 x prestige bolt on dog bowls costing almost £100.00 for my 2 German Shepherd puppies to have in their new kennels/run. After just 2 months the weld on one of the bowl holders broke allowing the bowl to drop to the floor. I emailed Ideas4pets  on several occasions and tried to call them, nobody ever replies to your email or answers the phone. I would not recommend using this company as there appears to be no guarantee or after sales service!! The bowl holder is a great idea but purchase from a different supplier!!

absolutely shocking company - paid £40.00 for insulated chicken coop - notified them within 3 weeks that the inside was swimming in condensation and as weather has got colder that has turned to ice.  They kept saying they needeed to get in touch with manufacturer I said I bought it from you not them and would like a refund.  They then informed me it was due to lack of ventilation who knew??? doors are open all day and shut at night and every morning the inside is covered in ice.  I said I bought this from you and its not fit for purpose please refund me and the lady had the audacity to tell me it was fit for purpose !! so after I had chiselled the chickens out I phoned again to be told I would have a partial refund in my bank either that day or the next and guess what .............

Well I’ve just been Reading some of the reviews We’ve just ordered some of the Pen panels to create our own run,  excellent quality heavy duty but not too heavy, easy to put together  ,arrived within two days ,  and speaking to them on the phone I found them very helpful and friendly, happy to assist ,The delivery guy was a nice guy and helpful I just can’t fault the service so I’m not sure what’s going off with the other reviews Perhaps people just expect too much !! Well I wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again and I’m a pretty fussy person

Placed an order for a dog car crate which arrived promptly, but unfortunately it was the wrong one. Contacted ideas4pets & spoke to a very helpful lady called Dee who went out of her way to rectify the problem ensuring the correct one was delivered to me the very next day. Dee kept me updated as to what was happening, providing tracking numbers etc & displayed excellent customer services which is a rarity these days. Would definitely recommend this company for all your pet requirements.

Ordered a wooden kennel with veranda. Paid more for the biggest size. Said it would take 6 to 9 weeks to be ready. Delivered in 3 weeks was very pleased until I saw the kennel. Ragged edges, different coloured wood and other things wrong with it. Got intouch with ideas4pets several times. They arranged for supplier to give me a call who told me I got what I paid for. Told him I wasn't happy with the product and it wasn't worth what I'd paid for it nearly 400 pound. He told me there was nothing he would do I told him I'd take it further and he said see you in court. I've sent ideas4pets another email but still waiting for a reply

Ordered waterproof bed covers so good just ordered two more I have 6 Labradors and they are always wet at some stage of the day they race to get on the beds

Only ordered from here twice and unfortunately both times have been a complete let down. First occasion the product was not as described and when I wanted to return it, they were extremely awkward and it wasn't until I mentioned trading standards that suddenly  the product could be returned.  Second time under new ownership, so I thought I'd give them another chance, after a week of waiting without any confirmation that they had received my order, I rang to be told they were out of stock! They had hung on to my money for over a week without informing me.  There won't be a third time!

I recieved my dog grooming table within the expected delivery time in perfect condition. Excellent customer service, I will definitely be shopping here again for any supplys I need. I would highly recommend to anyone.

This company has no idea of customer service i called about an order of its arrival and gave my order number and the operator said i see you made two orders one for the same day i called when i didnt, i checked my creditcard to make sure that order was not deducted, i waited the delivery tome of three days prior to calling, the item that i searched for online came up with this company for the item i needed for a small bird and it arrived two sizes too big. Spoke to numerous staff and each time i had to start the conversation from scratch each time. Was told if i returned the item they would send out the correct one once i sent item back, keeping my proof of postage.  That was nearly two weeks ago and still no replacement recieved. If you looking to buy items for your pet i would steer very clear from this company as they are useless from my sencond call about receiving the wrong size i was told the owners sue or john would call me but then was told by another member of staff that they were on holiday. Still no call from them. THIS WAS MY WORST EVER PURCHASE ONLINE SO BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU PURCHASE FROM THEM.

DOG RAMP. Can’t speak too highly of the service overall. Extremely fast despatch and delivery. Customer Services promptly responded to my query. Sturdy item with lifetime guarantee too. Now just have to train my dog!!
