Used this taxi company quite a lot, however it’s often a let down. Service is mediocre, depends on which driver you get - however time management is diabolical. If you want to be somewhere never rely on the taxi to be on time, always late and never notify you that the driver is not going to be on time. Once is alright, however this is a frequent issue with the taxi company.

Unhelpful and unfriendly over the phone the lady sounded sick over job and just didn't care or didn't want to be there. She made the impression you should just ring another taxi firm.

Terrible service. Sounds like a very old lady taking calls, rude and confused and a little driver with a big attitude shouting at me on my door as my child had already been picked up, saying I must have rang two different companies. Don't think he would have spoken to me like that of my husband was there, avoid!

Would be no stars if possible. Driver's can't make the customer aware of their arrival. Bit of a joke really.
