If you love microwaved food and terrible service, then this is the place for you. Never seen them cook anything fresh. Even fried eggs are precooked and left under a heat lamp. Just terrible.
My 'Italian Special' panini literally contained 2 measly pieces of pepper and a tiny bit of mozzarella. I've attached a photo on Google to see for yourself. I get it's not meant to be high end cuisine but for £3.80, seriously? I'm quite insulted actually.
Love the food here. Going into it, doesn't look like much, but it is all fresh and there is a good variety of food at great prices. Quick services as well so great at lunchtime.
My favourite place in chancery lane- freshly cooked pastas for 5 each with big portions!

Excellent variety of hot foods at very reasonable prices
No clear menu, terrible service, tiny dining area that you have to pay 40p to use, the staff don't wear gloves. Better off going to Itsu and asking for the cut off prawn tails tbh
Delicious cappuccino and friendly service
Disappointed with a small beef sandwich that cost £4.20. It doesn't market itself as a high end sandwich shop - but at that price I would expect more than meat, bread and mustard.
