I have been coming to ideal fleetwood for many years now and I cannot fault it . Miss Tsoi and Woody make a superb team and all treatments are carried out with care and dexterity . My dentist has a great sense of humour and is always ready to listen to what I have to say . I hope I shall always be able to have the benefit of her skills . The receptionists are lovely too and always go the extra mile to help if they can .
Superb service and first quality dentistry. We first met Tsoi at a practice in Poulton Le Fylde 17/18 years ago and followed her to the dental practice in Fleetwood! Thank you for looking after our teeth. Anne & Brian Riley
Just transferred to the practice. Really impressed from initial contact; friendly reception staff, dentist and assistant were really knowledgeable and approachable. Treatment was excellent and made the whole experience welcoming.
My wife and I have been using this dental practice for many years. We joined the practice when it was based on London Street and continued to use the practice when it moved to Dock Street. All the team, from reception staff to the dentists and nurses are friendly, professional and welcoming. A very good dental practice.
I wish I had a dentist like Dr Pui-Ling Tsoi when I was a child. She is so gentle and completely takes away all fear of dentists. I have never had any pain during extractions and root fillings and my confidence since attending Ideal dentist in Fleetwood has been fully restored after many years of being very nervous. The whole team at Fleetwood are incredibly supportive and helpful. The restoration of a traditional Fleetwood building has also been so thoughtfully planned to preserve the past. The stunning photography of Fleetwood displayed in the waiting rooms is also a delight to see.

came here as an emergency patient , due to an infection. Reception staff lovely and friendly and dentist and dental nurse put me at ease and were very gentle with me. needed to have an extraction and infection cleaned away. would definitely recommend this practice
Visited as emergency, reception staff are lovely, managed to fit me in, and dentist and her assistant were equally lovely. As I have a major fear of the dentist, they were all wonderful with me. I can honestly say it was a pleasant visit. And would recommend them very highly,
Had been looking forward to going for a check up / clean and polish for quite some time. Actually 2 years...I live in Spain now so flying back and visiting Ideal Dental care hasn't really been an option for me during Covid and all the restrictions / expense that it entailed. And trust me, after some dodgy dental work in other practices, I was prepared to wait. So a couple of weeks ago I finally got to fly back and see Dr Pui Ling Tsoi. From making the telephone appointment ,all the team were so friendly and helpful. Especially when I nearly had a breakdown completing the health form online . I'm a total technophobe lol The receptionists were really friendly and Dr Tsoi and Woody were so professional and friendly ...and funny. Its a strange thing to say but I love coming here...Thankfully my teeth were fine, I even had xrays to check if there were any problems between my teeth that weren't visible. I went away feeling like I'd had a 'full m.o.t.' and very happy. Hello too, to Mr Thompson, Joanne and Janine who I was hoping to see but I don't think were there that morning. Thank you all xx
Excellent all round service from the reception to the dentist cannot fault the staff
