Not only was their quote the most competitive but most importantly they were reliable, friendly, trustworthy, professional and the quality of their windows and workmanship was fantastic. very professional from start to finish on the window i wanted replaced, the chaps arrived on time every day and left everything clean and tidy at the end as well. the experience was very relaxed with the company taking care of every aspect of the job. would recommend them

I had this company recommended to me by a friend. I got some other quotes as well but these were by far the best. Highly recommended.

I agreed to see a Salesman via a door-to-door caller (something I never usually agree to) on 10 May 2017. He convinced me my barge boards were in urgent need of replacing to protect my roof. I agreed a price and paid the requested deposit. On 31 May the surveyor called and took samples, saying unless I heard further the boards would be fitted on 31 November, as originally agreed. I heard nothing and on 26 November phoned to ensure they were still coming. I was told the order had been cancelled as it was not suitable to do new boards. They advised I had been overlooked and should have been informed and deposit refunded. A week on and I still have heard nothing. A con? I don't know but would never use them or recommend to anyone else to do so. Am now going to seek further advice.

Having dealt with lots of tradesman in the past, these guys are great and has been a pleasure having them in. My neighbour also had some work done from them! Wouldn’t hesitate in using again or recommending to our family and friends!
