I've used Ideal for both road and MTB repairs/services and every time the service has been excellent! Very reasonably priced, friendly staff and quick turnaround. Highly recommended!
Great service and very friendly team. They managed to repair chain short notice and also sort brakes, tightening up things etc all for a fair and reasonable price. Speed of service was first class; all done with a smile and we left as two very happy customers. Superb 5 stars!
Absolutely lovely staff, nothings too much of a job, they always deliver on time or sooner than expected, the place to go if you're bikes knackered or you wanna buy a new one, highly recommended! Thanks again guys for the frame replacement
These guys took pity on me and changed my flat at the end of a 100km Lands End to John O'Groats ride I was too knackered to face the job. Cool shop, cool owners. Good luck showing your custom rides.

Just brilliant. Great service and good prices. They replaced a wheel and did a service in a couple of hours. Another local shop had wanted two weeks!
