He came to the house to do an initial survey and followed up with a quote, time and date to instal my additional cameras. He even complimented the quality of the previous installer's work which was very professional.  Working quickly, he cleaned up as he went, even recycling the boxes. Very, very pleased with his work.

When other companies wanted to rip out and totally replace our existing fully functioning alarm Joe understood that wasn’t what we wanted. ICU have installed access control hardware, cctv monitoring and extra alarm security into our business that is open 24/7 to the public. They have been super reliable throughout the duration of the project and I hope to work with ICU consistently in the future!

Joe was very prompt in providing a quote and spent a good amount of time discussing the various upgrades of cameras. At no point did it feel like there was any over-selling happening and I got the product that suited my needs six 4K cameras around my house. The installation happened on the date booked and all the work was done professionally and tidied afterwards. A very good company with outstanding customer service.
