Fantastic vet! I have been here with my rescue rats, and every exotic animal specialist I had seen was gentle, kind and compassionate towards them. We also bring our rescue Collie here, again amazing treatment. We were able to wait in the car with our nervous dog and the vet came out to get us. They were patient, soft spoken, and explained everything in a clear manner with no pressure to buy certain products offered within the practice. The reception staff are also extremely helpful and patient. I would highly recommend.

Really knowledge staff. Not our usual vet but is the 24 Hour emergency one our vet uses.nnBoth our malinois seemed to have ingested poison and the vets were very accommodation. Very clear and concise outlined the cost while assessing and made us aware that if any urgent expensive care was needed during the night they’d try and phone us but if we didn’t answer they’d do what ever was best for my dogs as they were the vets prioritynnOne of our malinois is fairly vet aggressive and they were super accommodation with him put him in a quite kennel room in a big kennel with water etc and kept observing him during the night.nnThe receptionist were lovely aswell, Made it a good end to an otherwise negative situation and the 1300 price tag :
Took my cat to get him neutered. Very helpful vet who recognised my cat from a check up a few years ago. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful too. I soon had a call from the vet to let me know the surgery had gone well and to let me know my cat was doing well after. A nurse and student nurse handled the discharge of my cat and were knowledgeable and helpful with answering my questions. My cat started eating again in the afternoon and was recovering well as seen on the video.
We have been with ICR VETS surgery over 20 years. They have never let us or any of our pets down. They have always been gentle and kind in every aspect of our pets care treating them with dignity and respect. Thier professionalism is second to none. I would highly recommend ICR VETS
