DO NOT SHOP HERE. If you do, CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. They are ripping every single customer off. Have you noticed they always ask if you would like a receipt? And that’s because items that you have not purchased are on your receipt, 99% of customers say no, and they know that. Their staff are rude, and after popping in for £5 Worth of shopping, they told me it was declined! It was not, I even showed them My bank on my phone and they could clearly see it had come out of my bank, I argued for ages and after being told that I hadn’t paid for my shopping I was made to feel like a criminal. I am still arguing with head office today. 6 days later. Shocking store, terrible customer service and they are cheating us all every time we step foot inside the store. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Well stocked up from what I could see it was clean and tidy. Has a good selection of reasonable food. Good value for money.

This store is relatively stocked always.  very good for shopping with a budget for frozen goods staff are friendly and que busting is very rapid at the moment parking can be slightly tight as construction works going on but you will 8 times out of 10 always get parking

For anyone looking up the car park here, it looks small when you first drive in but when you turn right it’s a lot bigger and goes far back so usually lots of space. Thought I’d upload a photo for anyone that was like me trying to find out.

Very disappointed that Iceland stopped doing home delivery's. Just been put on antibiotics by dentists so thought I would go shopping with my £300 love 2shop card to cheer myself up. 3 in house disabled including myself,  can't drive.  Wanted to do big shop . When I started saving ,last year, this money for Christmas, I thought it would make Christmas easy.  So disappointed this has been stopped. Feel I have saved under false pretenses . Staff in morden lovely and told me I have to go to Mitcham or Wallington.  Both at least 2 buses away from me . Very unhappy  about this

Store is dated and dirty. Some produce is old and not fit for consumption. Often see meat products that have already gone bad in the coolers. Most staff rude except one lady who said she was scared working there because of violent shoplifters. Lots of big plastic locked boxes with beef steak in fridges. Freezers were dirty inside. Iceland has some good deals but the nutritional value is very poor.

Lots of varied interesting foods here but tempura prawns were quite oily

Staff were great when needed, but the arrangement of the store left a lot to be desired.  The 2 items we went in for were not great.  1 was almost out of stock with the only one in the fridge absolutely mutilated and the 2nd was beyond the tills so not appropriately positioned for sale.  I will not be returning to this store.

A quick stop for a top up shop to buy the ingredients for pancake day. They had everything I needed and very reasonably priced. Be back soon.

Iceland is expensive It's better to go to lidl
