Variety of frozen foods in great assortments, though slightly more expensive than Farm Foods. Other Pros include: * Quality Fruits and Vegetables * Good selection of canned foods (Sardines in particular) * Unique exclusive products not common in other Supermarket chains (especially the "Bloomer" bread range) Cons include: * Much smaller floor size to do your shopping which results in smaller stock of goods. * Little or no focus on Customer Service as staff can be quite rude and inconsiderate. * Very noisy as Staff often talk back and forth between themselves in the presence of Customers. * Inefficient floor plan structure/use of floor space as there is only one or 2 routes to the Till (for example if you forget to pick up some Bananas on the first Isle, you would have to make the long walk back and basically go round the floor before coming to pay at the till) Overall, I go there mainly because of their exclusives which have never been disappointing!

5 star not given bcoz even when there is a rush (which is 99% of the time), staff will still not open up all or more tills. Many of the staff r not so forthcoming to assist & always talking btwn themselves re personal matters even when customers are standing there n could do with assistance. Asian male who does the deliveries in n around Handsworth is an excellent top notch individual whom is very warm n friendly. Will remember 2get his name this week when he next delivers n post it up here!!! 5 stars for him though individualy.

Hate this branch allways slow In here and to small. The staff take there time. Prefer go aldi tills go quick there

Nice and cheerful, staff are very helpful and they will deliver your shopping to your house the same day as you buying it in the shop.
