Good variety of essentials frozen and fresh with special offers. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Well laid out and easy to walk round. Spend over £25 and get free delivery. Excellent.

A good range of frozen products often at a reduced price including realistically priced luxury items. Some of the cheaper own brand products can be below the quality of other budget retailers and sometimes the product range is subject to sudden change. It can take a long time to shop sometimes but it is good they offer delivery on a spend of over £25 in store. I shop here a lot for a good range of basics. The reward card offers a saving scheme but not much else.

With numerous errors with my home deliveries ie. Was given someone else's shopping was then asked to search the van for my own delivery, not receiving all my shopping, frozen food had already defrosted on numerous occasions, eggs broken on numerous occasions, squahed bread.Final straw was when I was at the checkout with a loaded trolley only to told there were no home deliveries that day or the next, is it too much trouble to let you know earlier in store? had to phone a taxi to get home with all my shopping even though I wasn't originally going straight home from Iceland as I had an appointment so had to cancel that, should of left the trolley there and told them I didn't want it. No wouldn't recommend this store, always go to the one in Commercial Road now, lovely staff and never have a problem with my home deliveries

Iceland has improved over time with much more choice , a great store .
