Honestly Disgusted…nBeen waiting for my food for the last three days, the first excuse was that the driver was in a accident so I showed sympathy and let them deliver the next day, the next day comes and the driver was 2 hours behind of schedule so I said right you need to get into gear here I need my food I have no food in the house so they said they’ll deliver the next day. Comes to today been waiting all evening only to have a text come through saying that tried to deliver but I wasn’t home, even though I was home the whole time, they did not contact me once saying that they have had a issue getting to my address, I’m going to be putting in a complaint and I’m taking my business elsewhere because this is just not okay, do not come here waste of time.
Staff are extremely rude barging past with large cages, full of food and racing around the store walking into huffuging and puffing if you're in their way Been overcharged for many items there. Whipped off most of the time I go there. This is the worst Iceland I have ever been to.
Delivery service has gone down hill! Shopping arrived late with multiple items missing, 3 days later and still waiting for the store to respond. Awful customer service from Pontypool store
I work as a food courier and this is one of the worst places in the entire Cwmbran / Pontypool area. The ammount of times I have driven all the way from Cwmbran to collect an order here only to be told that they are either too busy to do the order despite a near empty store or they are about 2 hours behind again, despite a near empty store. Is simply unbelievable. Customers are waiting for food at home, some of them are unable to come in person to the store, and no consideration is ever given to us riders trying to make a living, or to the customers.
Amazing store and very friendly staff,nCouldn’t be happier
