Absolutely vile had delivery driver call to say the van has “broken down” and that my shop would be delivered hours later which still wasn’t delivered. Awful shop NEVER buying from you again
Absolutely disgusting service Delivery came blocked door as it open out being disabled have a ramp for access, driver had thrown shopping on floor splitting cleaning products in the bag which also had chocolate ect in it. Why on earth cleaning g stuff in with food ! Driver stated ill take it back and get it all replaced and redeliver in couple of hours !! No re_ delivery and store not answering phone either
The delivery should have arrived between 7-9 am.Its 10 to 6 pm. No one answer the calls on the phone number on Google. It was our first order
Absolutely terrible service!!!! Delivery driver scraped all the front of my car and decided to drive off without saying anything.. Will be reported for hit and run and causing damage to my vehicle Will not use again!!!

Tried some of the new sides range and I've gotta say it's good quality!
So today me and my partner decided we needed few bits for our home normally do the shopping at home as difficult for me being disabled but sometimes I like to get out even if just 5 minutes so we popped in to Iceland around 4:30pm by the time we got to the till it was about 4:40pm for me shopping was normal nice get out being survived by someone who smiling nice polite but no not anymore you don’t instead we get someone miserable as anything sat looking at his phone waiting for him to put his phone away to actually have him pretty much throw our items through the till then basically jump back on his phone this day of age how people treat there customers is absolutely disgusting Don’t wanna lot just want a reason to get myself out the house and go back home feeling good about the day but when being treated like that I rather just not bother putting myself through the pain to leave the house Iceland you need to teach your staff some manners and how to actually serve customers for starters making sure your staff ain’t just sitting on there phones on shift
Disappointed haven't been in a while, but some of the frozen meals not good
I usually shop online however popped in to do a large shop. Shop is nice and clean and I do think the produce is good quality. I just didn't realise I had to announce I wanted a delivery prior to shopping. Was told at checkout there was none left for today. I said I'd have one tomorrow and was told they didn't know how many online deliveries they would have and so couldn't book my delivery in. I had to pile all the shopping back into the trolley and thankfully was told the staff would put the goods back. I felt awful just leaving it in the shop. Staff did apologise though. Will stick to online in future
Fresh salad amazing don't forget cheesy coleslaw omg absolutely brilliant value on there meals quality amazing and fresh
