I wonder does the manager bother looking at these reviews? ie take on board public feedback? With the Bridges Tesco now closed, Iceland is now the only supermarket inside the Bridges and it's convenient location is good. They have a good pizza and frozen food selection. However, they inexplicably move around food to different aisles too much which can be confusing when looking for something. As others have pointed to, the till service can greatly improve. I am not blaming the individual staff for this as they are trying their best under pressure but the manager should take the initiative when there are long queues and open more tills! All this situation does is make customers wait longer and put more pressure on the one staff member trying to serve! And when this situation occurs other staff seem to be doing something else. Their priority should be serving customers. Not good enough.
Iceland is a very lovely supermarket to shop. You can easily get all your household stuff at once and all their goods are affordable. The staff at their pay-points are so smart and friendly.
Have been to a better shop then this one too small and way too much stuff in the Isles makes it way too hard for those in wheelchairs to get round and to the freezers I even Co planned to the other shops about it yet done nothing these should be reported for obstructing wheelchair users and no I do not use a wheelchair myself my late partner did though about time Iceland took notice e of the disability laws instead of keep breaking them like thy do yet they won't learn or do anything about complaints waste of space they are won't listen to anyone at all
Lovely staff place is more like cash and carry plus getting expensive now should inform customers as and when they put up the prices.
Fine with the shop gets busy at the till wen going to checkout if they had the tills running more smoothly then it would be a good shop.
Always have a wide choice available que times could be better if more tills are on but to be fair great value for money and simple goto when u need stuff fast
This place needs to pick up sharp waiting time to get served is to long not enough staff for they have enough tills yet staff are chatting to much
dont come here for energy drink if ur 24 or under the will be like u got ID . just mess up I look like 18 to 19 and am 21 mabey think before asking for ID
Love Iceland, but unfortunately wasn't able to get same day delivery
Good little supermarket in handy location. Good stocked shelves and plenty choice of food and drinks. Good service and helpful staff.
