Some good deals and friendly staff. Can get lottery here too. Often have quality food for £1. Great choice of frozen food. fresh sandwich fillers and snacks. Only down side is last time I tried the 10 for £10 deal it didn’t go through and ended up paying the full price instead. Would only try 10 for £10 deal as a separate transaction from now on.
I was served by the most miserable checkout person today in Platt Bridge Iceland. The fake tan woman, i think you need another job.
Good, although hard for parking.
Easy parking so a good start. very clean in the store with loads of choices , good prices and very helpful checkout staff... over 60s get a good discount on a Tuesday - bonus. It was our 1st time at Iceland -we will be back . A pleasant shopping experience.
Fruit .and fish are brill 3 pks fish 4 in a pack e10 pound . some good stuff

Iceland food is fantastic and great value for money. The person serving was very helpful and friendly as were the staff around the store. The first aisle is too narrow I am not sure about the others. It's an issue if two people are in the same aisle as at some points you can't pass each other. Great store though overall.
Customer service shocking. Asian guy in there decided to stare out another customer because the gentleman had the nerve to ask for help with the trolleys.I asked a women in there if she had a key for the trolleys as they was all stuck together, she never even looked at me and just said, wait 5 minutes.
