I went shopping here last week and it was quiet which was good, and got all the food I needed to
It was nice and clean but only one on the till so there was queues
Great variety better than you thought
Good shop stocked well. To get home delivery is only ever in the evening as all deliverys are taken from online orders. So if need to order in-store must get down for opening g to get a slot
Makes a change to have decent space to move in, only down here for a while so the ones we have space is crazy, barely enough to have 2 trolley's pass each other, staff were great. The only negative point I have is not the store as such, but there is zero parking next to the store, fair enough disabled bay's were a short distance away for most, but to get your shopping in the car is a killer, you either struggle with the bag's, or you have to walk twice as far to return the trolley. Disability is not always obvious, and it does not mean it's only a person's legs are affected, and not all disabilities are kind and leave you with a part of your body that still works, in my case all my muscle's are dying, even one's you don't think of like heart and breathing, not the stores fault, but it would be great if they could put something in place to help there.
All ways there staff are lovely and cheaper

As a ex employee of nearly 7 years, I was shocked by the store today. There was lots of lines missing from freezers and complete empty freezers. Then when got to the till for a home delivery we were told they didn't have any as the driver was going to a wedding, back I was there we wouldn't have put the times up. Then the lady on the till thought the stuff thought as fast as she could again something we used to be trained not to do, also she didn't offer to start packing again we used to be trained to ask and then the only words from her was how much we needed to pay whilst we were still packing. The quality of the staff training has definitely gone down hill such a shame
Near the bus stop, not to far to carry your shopping if you haven't come by car. Can get quite busy at times so it's possible you have to wait to be served sometimes.
Good stock levels and choice. need another till on as its busy 20/01/20 Why have a lady called Ann on till who uses no eye contact, no please or thank you . Mutters alot but cant hear..Really should not be on till. POOR customer experience
