Clean and tidy. Friendly, helpful staff. Try the chicken hoisin Kievs.
Iceland has always been my go-to freezer shop and I've been going to this one for almost 30 years. Nice, pleasant, staff who are happy to help, and a wide variety of freezer goods, as well as non-frozen produce, to choose from.
The person on till wiped all mucus from her nose all over her hands then handled my shopping probly be ill now she had no tissue or sanitiser
Great staff but the powers that be really need to get the check outs sorted out. Contactless payments are forever failing & customers trying to use vouchers etc cause queuing due to the poor systems. Many a time I've felt like ditching my trolley and walking out.
Good service team With a guy called Ethan helps me look for my and tell me with shopping they allowed bring me bike in and then and the end after the Check-out there’s a guy he helps me and also a 2 girls customer and 1 girl worker and then and the end I thought my bag was close so the eggs fries etc falls out more stuff falls only the eggs breaks and they gave me a free eggs replacement and I really recommend to go there and free parking lot
Some good staff but manager Adam is not professional and very rude won't be shopping there again unless he goes.
This is a busy branch, the staff would rather chat to each other than serve a few customers to help us out. I was in yesterday 7 March, there was a spillage, it took 4 people to chat about it and left one serving with 6 people queuing. Terrible.
Staff are all friendly and helpful
Never shopping there again went for some milk, and a manager named Adam was shouting at a customer. Very unprofessional
it used to be a cheap shop a while ago but sadly not any more. i still go there but only on Tuesdays now 10% off for me.
