Ice Peak is under new management as of a few months ago. I popped in today and was served by Dan, who was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt he was genuinely passionate about both the products and customer service. Very happy with my new reasonably priced boots too!
A well stocked shop in Cockermouth. It has everything you need for the outdoors, also some nice clothing for everyday. The staff are very helpful and informative, will definitely be back in soon.
Very pleased with the walking boots which I purchased for my son here. The staff went to alot of trouble to help him find a suitable pair, which were reasonaby priced and just what he was looking for.
Great shop, staff very friendly and helpful. Brilliant range of stock in the store and I found this all to be good value
I'm been into this shop many times. The man who owns the shop is very helpful, but the woman who works behind the counter was very rude and unhelpful. Especially the last two times i've been in. The service seems to be getting worse. I'll be shopping shopping in keswick from now on.
