Have used this office a number of times and have never had an issue. Take the printed voucher with me and they have honoured the rate without fail.Will continue to use them when they reopen post Covid as they are towards the top of the best buy tables and very convenient.

Exceptional service. I downloaded the voucher beforehand vital in order to secure the better rate, visited, and got my US Dollars within 5 minutes. I requested a specific amount in a specific denomination, and the staff were more than happy to assist. Fully recommend.

Great service at ICE Waterloo branch. Printed off the voucher for the best rate, took it there where the rate remained the same as when I downloaded the form,  and the service was first class and with good humour.. Highly recommend.

I've used ICE Waterloo twice in the last two weeks to buy €.  The exchange rate was around 5 cents better than my bank HSBC were offering. This only works if you order in advance Service was quick and curtious. Couldn't have been better.
