At Ice Gem we specialise in hand made luxury gelato and sorbet. This means our menu changes seasonal so that we can offer you the best ingredients at the right time.

So whether you’re seeking a sweet respite from a hard day of work (or for the lucky ones amongst us shopping) or simply just looking for a spot to sit and chill then rest assured you’re at the right place.

For those of you who are who are brave to share your gelato, Ice Gem has a range of indulgent ice gem sundaes, made to share or eat on your own. The treats we offer include gem waffles and crepes made using our in-house recipes topped with fresh fruit, whipped cream and not forgetting ice gem luxury gelato. Cakes are also available which are perfectly accompanied by our fine teas or fresh roasted coffee. Came here a year ago on Valentine's day, have been there almost every week since!! Everyone is so nice and the place it spotless, and the food looks just as amazing as it tastes! I can't rate this place high enough, I absolutely love it.
This is a nice place on the high street. I live in london so I frequent many desert parlours and this one is up there. Prices are friendly, management are too! I felt like it was a family run establishment, which is a plus for me. The Oreo cake was incredible. We had to wait a bit for the desert waffle but it was worth it. Will definitely be back.
Very nice friendly staff, one of the best waffles. Loved the vanilla ice cream. Stylish waffle serving. What's really amazing is that the shop is spacious. Didn't have time to take photos for the dishes as they were gone in a glimpse. Hope they keep it up.

Found two hairs in my fiancés cookie dough, we went back to tell the lady working and all she said was we don’t offer refunds. Then she rang her manager and it changed to oh his ate half so no refund! I did say well he saw the hairs after and it shouldn’t matter it his ate half or a quarter. The girl found it amusing as she did laugh a few times. Please don’t waste your money and buy food with hair in it! My partner asked for a bottle of water since can’t have a refund as he felt sick and she replied yes that will he two pounds. Say no more.
Milkshake was okay, not as thick as I thought it would be But the waffle was TOP NOTCH. Very nice, friendly staff and will be ordering again.
Ordered 2 waffles and the owner trying to clean the waffle machine before use with the used vessel scotch-brite which is dirty and worn out , and poured the waffle batter without wiping the machine with kitchen towel on top giving lame excuse that they ran out of kitchen towels and it’s shortage in the market Previous owner used to give Gelato ice cream with the waffles but the new owner giving some cheap ice cream and charging more on top 1 with full cup and the other with half cup After change of new management I will not recommend this place no hygiene cheap product with pricey tag
Had a strawberries and cream waffle from here and have to say it was one of the best strawberries and cream waffle compared to other places I have been to. The strawberries tasted fresh and we're soft in texture - a big difference as other places tend to use lower quality strawberries. The waffle was cooked to perfection and not overcooked like a few places I had been to in the past. This dessert was worth every penny and highly recommended!!!
I took my son here for ice cream, we had a lovely welcome from the 2 staff members working on arrival. There was a huge choice of ice cream, sorbets, waffles, cakes and crepes and they all looked delicious! We sat inside and had our ice cream and sorbet and it was honestly top quality! I had a gorgeous coffee to finish made by a staff member, he bought it to my table after we sat down. The service was really good, food and drinks are excellent and it was clean and spacious inside the shop. Thanks so much, we will definitely be back again!
Out of 6 desserts ordered 4 were incorrect and/or did not come with the combo option ie, Sorbet or Ice cream. Venue does not take phone calls and chat seems to be nothing but a bot. No response to issues mentioned. Would not recommend. Cookie dough was inedible. Chocolate Brownie Cake very nice. Waffles fresh but no combo bits sent.
