Ordered ice creams for the whole family. Mine had a hair in it so I phoned & a very polite lady told me I’d have another one in an hour. 2 hours later no ice cream so phoned again to be told they would ring us back, half hour later no phone call so I phone back & then told wouldn’t be able to get it to me til 11.30pm original order 5pm

You cannot go wrong with ice cream passion. There is a huge variety of ice cream for selection. Especially on a sunny day it definitely is refreshing. Ice cream passion seems to have created a niche for themselves. Give it a try you will not regret it

Excellent customer service, friendly, polite and very efficient. The strawberries are the best I have ever had! Great value for money. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Cancelled my order, so I called them, very poor customer service and reasoning for order cancel was nonsense

Ordered over two hours ago, still waiting!! They won't answer phone at all, they won't return messages I've left on phone. They won't answer email and I've FB messaged them half hour ago and still no reply.i wish I didn't have to give them even one star. Very very disappointed. Never again. They've taken my money from bank as well.

Hair in food, took ages to get here and didn’t even bring everything we ordered then they refused to deliver the other things they forgot to bring. Terrible service do not recommend
