I recently stayed in a suite on the 10th floor and had a wonderful experience. The room was excellent, very clean, spacious, and it smelled amazing every time we walked in. It was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the rooms to a high standard. We also received room service every day, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing.nnA special mention goes to Daria, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. She helped us with everything we needed and was always friendly, attentive, and professional. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist really stood out, and she truly made our experience even better. Daria is a great asset to the hotel.nnOverall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

I stayed one night at the Mercure Hotel Earl’s Court. The room was clean and very quiet, which I really appreciated. I also had a meal on the first floor restaurant and Dragan looked after me. He made an excellent oat flat white and shared some interesting stories about his passion for photography. Great guy.nnI will definitely come back whenever I’m in London.
