First of all, we would come again! We were looking for a place to crash at night, nothing more. We had a Room with a double bed and a bunk bed above.nHere are a few details, one should consider before booking:n1. The room is best described as functional, there is only one socket not adjacent to the bed. There is no separate bathroom, instead there are two cubicles with a shower and a toilet. The toilet has only a plywooddoor and motionactivated lights, it resembles stalls in public toilets.n2. The bunk bed mattress is only suitable for children or very lightweighted adults, as it ist significantly thinner compared to the mattress on the double bed!!!n3. Otherwise we found it a convinient location and very good location, as there are various foodoptions in close vincinity incl. 2 Tesco express. Furthermore 2 tubestations approx. 5 min. away Whitechapel and Aldgate East with a good connections
Very clean, the location was great ! We enjoyed a quiet room and nice showers, the staff was very helpful and kind , thanks to the staff and Vivian who was very lovely.nBreakfast was very good with plenty of choices.nnThe room just will be better with a couple of shelves it will be handy however for Budget Hotel it was very good.
Vivian is very nice, friendly and helpful staff. She will suggest to us nice food and places to go. Very nice hotel, near to Aldgate East tube station. The shower room abit hard to change clothes. Overall very good. Value for money. Thanks.
Stayed for a night and I have nothing negative to say.nnWe were welcomed by Ibrahim who was lovely and did our check in and out.nnRoom was clean and comfortable. Even though we didn't had breakfast there, the area for it was lovely even if you just needed it for work.nnLocation is perfect! Walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants and stores. The underground is a few minutes away and you'll be at the city centre in just a few stops.nnPerfect place for an affordable stay.
This was really more of an upgraded hostel than a hotel. The twin room was tiny and we had to walk sideways to get past the beds.nnThere was nowhere in the room to put anything and only 3 coat hangers. The shower was good but flooded each time we used it.nnNo tea or coffee facilities in the room. You had to hire a kettle from reception.nnOn the plus side the location is fantastic. I had stayed in the Ibis next to the Aldgate East earlier in the year and it was luxurious compared to this.nnAlso the staff were lovely and very helpful.
