I thought that the service I received from Ians Taxis, was an excellent experience regarding how Taxis operate. The drivers were really good, professional, friendly, and arrived sooner than expected. It wasn't my part of the country, but I thought they were relatively cheap too - I was, for some reason, expecting a lot more. I don't think I'll be in Winsford again anytime soon, but if I am and need a taxi, I wouldn't hesitate to use Ians Taxis, should I need them.
Visiting from the States. Along with the speedy, courteous service of every cab so far, a particular kudos to Will, who was one of the funniest and most entertaining cab rides I ever had. Made me feel right at home!
I’ve never had such bad customer service, I was supposed to be at my intertern ship my mum booked a taxi everyday for me to go and they stopped showing up on purpose. And I had no way of getting to my internship. I have been really upset, don’t use this taxi company

Arrived in the quoted time, and Driver was courteous. could of saved a trip as one of their Vans dropped off a customer while I was waiting and drove away empty
Great service from Ian's again, picked up on time and had lovely driver called Mark, that made sure both of me and my friend were inside of our house before he drove of. Had some nice chats on the way
Paid £10 deposit which wasn't returned as driver allegedly told the office that she took it off my fare. No she didnt. She told me to contact the office. I gave up. Never again and I'm leaving this review. I even gave her a £5 tip!
The operators and the company itself seem reputable and friendly, however there is one specific driver who has scammed me twice now. A fairly young Liverpudlian woman driving a white Kia Creed decided to take me around the whole of Northwich’s one-way system before she took me to my actual destination, which was near to Danebridge medical centre/Ableworld. She charged me for the whole journey. Then a day later, she picked up my mum from Winsford to take her back to Cuddington. Again, she took her on a long loop before taking her back home, and again, changing her for the whole trip. I definitely think she needs to rethink how she treats her customers; I’m shocked she didn’t think we’d notice.
good experiences every time, few quiet awkward rides but very good price and some lovely drivers!
