Didn't manage to get me my baby back.  My baby has now been adopted against my will by the local authority.  I did nothing wrong and should have my baby with me but despite being my solicitors Ian Walker Family Law couldn't do anything.  I believe that there was more they could have done but they were lazy and didn't care.  There was no mention of an appeal anywhere.  Since the placement order was made despite me contesting and giving truthful evidence I have been left completely on my own.

Liars.  I was lucky if someone got back to me at an urgent time or answered my emails.  Pretty much all my emails were been ignored and final statements we're rushed.  My children have never come to any harm in my care.  I am a stable normal person, not a drug addict, criminal or mentally retarded.  The local authority just didn't like me because of mine and my husband's political views.  My solicitor at ian walker even told me that the local authority sets what they perceive as an above standard level of parenting for anyone undergoing assessment, so you are lying about courts making 'careful consideration'.  It is obvious that Ian Walker are sympathetic of the local authority every single time regardless.  They work for the local authority and they don't want to rock the boat.  My solicitor was constantly afraid to challenge things.  I might as well have represented myself, the outcome would have been the same at worst.
