After recently changing to Medivet in Mossley from the one in Gatley I can only say it’s been 99% better. I had rang then to change over, which was easy, then requested an experienced vet, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and kind, and booked me in with a vet called JudynnThere was initially a mix up when I was called into my appointment as it wasn’t Judy, but once I explained that was sorted out and after a little wait Judy saw my dog. All I can say was she was wonderful! A gentle, kind, thorough vet, she was clear in her explanations and obviously experienced as the dog barely whimpered having screamed at the other vets having the same procedure. My faith in vets has been restored and I think the dog is pleased too.nnThe only reasons I gave four and not five stars was the mix up and the wait.
Appointment at Mossley Medivet today for my husky Storms booster. My dog is usually very nervous at the vets but the vet Judy made the experience fantastic and stress free. She explained the process in full and spent time ensuring Storm was relaxed and comfortable to be examined and receive his booster injection. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Thankyou.
Big thank you to Martyna, Arthur and Jane for looking after our dog and us on a Sunday evening. Not our regular vet and they were wonderful! Our dog is not very friendly and they managed her very well. We’ll definitely come back!
Our whippet pup was rushed in on Sunday due to splitting her leg open massively in the garden we really did think it may of been the end for her due to how deep and big the incision was and we didn’t know if her leg was broken. Medivet who isn’t our usual vet literally seen her within 15 minutes of the accident. Absolutely great customer service, our pup was stitched up and the vet did a cracking job with her incision, they sorted her out and sent us on our way with her pain meds, antibiotics and full vet report to give our vet for her post op. Thanks again guys you really helped our furbaby would definitely recommend to anybody!!
They look after both my loons for me..always friendly.... and professional when I have lost my best friends in the past..
