We have used VTUK's property system Gemini, for the last 14 years and have always received an excellent service from all of the team.nLast year we transferred across to their new system OpenView, which has been an excellent software switch for our company. It provides so many options that the previous system couldn't and its extremely easy to use. It is also cloud based, which is perfect for our staff being able to work remotely. All staff during the transition to the new software have been extremely helpful and a special mention to Tim for all the training and guidance we received.
Our recent experience with the Gemini/VTUK support team has been nothing but outstanding. Zack has always been on hand to assist and help when required and has really gone over and above our expectations of software support. Great customer service.
When our company was looking for market leading software to enable our Lettings and Management business to scale we were delighted to have found VTUK. The Gemini system was installed in 2005 and we are still using this great software today. Excellent ongoing support from the team, to ensure the Gemini system which is continually evolving is up and running on a day to day basis. The decision to move to OpenView for the launch of our sales proposition, having researched the market, has proved successful following the smooth implementation and we now look forward to this software developing in the future.
Recently have moved over to Openview VTUK and really appreciating the support from Tim, Ollie, Zack & Patrick and how user friendly it is. Openview has been a great upgrade by VTUK from their previous platform Gemini. Is definitely making everything a lot easier.
I've been a client for a while now and it's important to highlight a company not only on the first experience of using them but also during. VTUK have a team that works in perfect harmony with my property management department. Any issues I've had which hasn't been many! have always been dealt with swiftly by the support team. I must also say that's it's comforting using a service supplier that works with you whilst you scale up, I've come across many providers that just aren't capable of this but VTUK have supported us not just with software but also helping to keep us compliant as we've grown. Top marks from myself and the team here at RPS and I thought it was worth shouting about, even after all of these years!
