Ian was brilliant at sorting out my hamstring and shoulder problems really knows what he is doing great physio
Ian was highly recommended to me and I am extremely grateful for the extensive support that he has given to me. He is an excellent physiotherapist and his knowledge is second to none. My regular visits to him have successfully treated old and existing injuries and helped me to stay active at the tender age of 77 - most recently successfully walking the Beachy Head 10k race in less than two hours. An achievement which would not have been possible without Ian's support. I also benefit from weekly PT sessions with him. These are extremely enjoyable and have extended my gym experiences and helped me to maintain my flexibility and health and wellbeing. I would not hesitate in recommending Ian and his range of services.
Mr. Padget has been a very wonderful and helpful physio. I had a severe migraine for long years and He made them almost totally gone. He communicates the problems details and willing to help and share some fitness tips for improvement. The receptionist very friendly too, convenient area and spacious parking. I never think twice to drive up for a session. Happy and recommended.
I suffer with regular headaches due to tension in my back and shoulders, so I decided to book a deep tissue massage and a little acupuncture, honestly the best thing i could have done my muscles feel great, tension has reduced and my headaches seem better. I’ll be making a regular appointment for maintenance. Highly recommend.
Been to countless physios over the years, Ian is a friendly knowledgeable guy who practices what he preaches, have already booked a second session would highly recommend.
Great care by Ian yesterday, l cannot recommend enough, managed to get an appointment at the end of the day, with having an extreme flare up for a while before to no pain late evening and feeling great today, so glad l went :
Ian is there when needed, even at short notice, and is so effective with my condition.
