Food was very disappointing which was a shame as the venue looks great. We visited for breakfast on a Sunday morning. I had Egg's Benedict, the eggs were hard boiled poached eggs should be runny. My husband had the full English breakfast which was undercooked.
Called in for a snack. I had a bacon and mushroom sandwich, lovely thick bacon and plenty of mushrooms. My husband had bacon and egg. The bread was very fresh reasonable prices. We would certainly go more if we didn't live so far away. Very pleasant barman. Would give you more stars if I could.
Went in on Xmas eve so was very busy. Struggled with anywhere to stand and a great big empty dining table in the middle really didn't help. People banging themselves against it and it took up so much space where more customers could have stood. Good atmosphere and service on such a busy night.

A pleasant place for drinks and a meal with friends. Very handy for me as it is in walking distance. It's not cordon bleu but the food is good and you can get a cocktail if your that way inclined.
The food was really well cooked and enjoyable. One thing to bear in mind is that all food is freshly prepared and cooked to order. Be prepared to wait if orders ahead of you. Nice service and made to feel welcome.

Great place for a beer. Staff are super friendly and efficient. Drinks are good value for money and its has a good atmosphere. Its a bit quirky which adds to the experience. Had a great evening.
