Had some timber delivered from IBT today. They were great, their website is better than the local competition, which helped when I was trying to figure out what I needed, and their prices were also cheaper for what I ordered.nnThey kept me up to date via email on when it would be delivered and then the driver gave me a quick call when he was almost here. Didn't catch the drivers name but he was friendly, pleasant and did a great job. Great communication & customer service all round.nnThanks, I'll definitely be recommending IBT.
Have had a great experience when getting timber from IBT, it usually feels a bit daunting when you're not in the trade and don't really know what to order so thanks to Stephen that's taken y orders and given me good, fair prices, and also the delivery drivers who always seem happy and go the extra bit to deliver as close as they can to our house. Big thanks especially yesterday to Kevin who had a nightmare to deal with on our tiny wee street but still got the timber up our wee alley nnAll in all I'd highly recommend IBT for all your timber projects
I'm not in the trade however I was treated with respect here at IBT. Everyone I came into contact with were friendly and professional. One young lad sorry I can't recall his name was very helpful and accommodating, even cut a piece of wood for me at my van. I'm eternally grateful as I was having a poor health day and fatigue was setting in with each passing minute. I did my research before purchasing and found this merchant to be competitively priced in my local area, I'll definitely purchase from IBT again. Thanks guys.
What a pleasure at IBT today! Gentleman on sales desk was knowledgeable and friendly, young man in shed 2 cheerful well presented and obviously cared about the quality of items he was picking.Thanks for making a routine shop a pleasure. A rare thing!
What a brilliant service. Ordered 20 slabs online yesterday pm and they were delivered the following morning. Delivery to Glasgow was very, very reasonable and the delivery driver was lovely and helpful even phoning 20 minutes before delivery. Definitely using this Merchants again. Can't fault them. A+++
