Bought a Range River from Ian IAC Cars Ltd after viewing on the Internet. No test drive as I live over 200 miles away but I felt good to proceed and Ian made me very comfortable. Just 3 working days from contact to delivery. Absolutely amazing service and a great price.
Just under a month ago, I purchased a car from IAC CARS and I couldn't be happier with it. I found the advert online but couldn't get to the garage to see it in person as it was too far from where I live. This was no problem for Ian at IAC. Not only was I sent a video of the vehicle the same day of when I called, he proceeded to answer all of my questions with perfect knowledge and even organised a courier to bring the car to me once we finished the transaction. I didn't even have to leave my seat! Very pleased with my purchase. Thank you so much Ian.
After seeing the car on the internet. I contacted IAC Cars over the weekend when the garage was closed. Not expecting a reply until Monday, I was wrong. Ian picked up the enquiry, and we negotiated. A DEAL WAS DONE. No viewing as I live 260 miles from Winchester, though I felt comfortable to proceed. On the Monday we agreed delivery. and on Tuesday I had the car delivered to Northumberland! Very pleased with the BMW 840i that arrived completely as described and immaculate. The service from Ian summed up....No pushy sales tactics, just great service and dare I say it honesty about the vehicle he was selling, which is rare these days.Fully recommended buying from this garage.And would use again. Buying a new vehicle these days can be a stressful experience especially when the garage are trying to rob you of your vehicle for next to nothing. I’m pleased to say that in this day and age it is a real pleasure to find someone in the motor trade who is honest as the day is long. It was a real pleasure to meet Ian and deal with him. We purchased a new BMW from him and swapped our old one in, no faff, no pushy sales tactics, buy this extended warranty rubbish etc etc. Straight forward sale, exactly what I wanted on my day off from work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Hoping to do a deal on our other vehicle!! Top job Ian, take the rest of the day off!!
I was accompanying a friend of mine who was on the lookout for a specific car. Ian at IAC who tends to deal with prestige brands, had the right approach from the start. We were immediately given the keys and left alone to have a full look around the vehicle without anyone bearing down on us. Not being the prospective buyer I could take an unbiased view and I was able to observe and offer advice to my friend along the way. Throughout the whole buying process I listened in at times to watch how customers are dealt with. Ian is very knowledgeable should you have any concerns about a particular model you might be interested in, and have previously checked online on "what to look for". Totally upfront which I admire. If I were ever on the lookout for a used car in the future, they would be top of my list and would certainly recommend them to others.
Ian and the team had the car ready when I arrived. Ian sorted out all the paperwork including buying the tax all whilst I transferred over my insurance. There was one broken bracket on the parcel shelf which I didn't notice for a few days. I contacted Ian and he sent me a replacement the next day having sent me photos of the part, the sealed parcel and the tool needed to swap over the bracket. Great service and lightening quick. Thank you.
Brought a Range Rover Sport From Ian just before Christmas first class service from Ian top notch car dealer highly recommended.
Recently purchased an Aston Martin DB9 from IAC Cars. Ian was very helpful and open and honest about the car which was in excellent condition. Also after the car rental company let me down by closing their office, Ian was more than happy to assist.
The guys at IAC Cars were lifesavers for us yesterday! As a group of Americans driving in England for the first time, we got a flat tire on a rural road between Winchester and Salisbury and Ian and his team were incredible. They don’t normally fix flats, but they jacked up our car, removed the damaged tire, and called a repair shop down the road to make sure they could replace the tire. Then they drove us to the repair shop, waited till we had a new tire, drove us back to IAC Cars, and put the wheel back on our rental car. It was incredible service. I tried to pay them for saving our day and they refused. I put beer money into the hand of the guy who changed the tire and Ian put the money back in our car. A really bad start to our drive north turned into a tiny delay and gave me renewed faith in strangers. I don’t know what we would have done without these great guys! Thank you!
